Purpose of the Platform

- HMD Training Zone is designed to provide users with educational content about HMD devices and Nokia phones. As you learn, you can earn "Gold," a digital currency, which can be exchanged for rewards such as phones or gift cards.

User Accounts

- Each user is allowed one account. Duplicate accounts or fraudulent activity intended to exploit the reward system will result in account deactivation and forfeiture of Gold. Accounts must be created with accurate and truthful information.

Earning and Redeeming Gold

- Gold is earned by engaging with learning content on the platform. HMD Global determines the value of Gold and the available rewards, which are subject to change without prior notice. Gold has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Prohibited Activities

- Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or engage in activities that compromise security, use automated tools or scripts to complete courses or earn Gold, or create duplicate or fraudulent accounts.

Account Deactivation

- HMD Global reserves the right to deactivate any account found to violate these terms. Deactivated accounts will lose access to earned Gold and rewards.

Intellectual Property

- All content provided on the HMD Training Zone, including text, images, and trademarks, is owned by HMD Global or its licensors.

Changes to the Terms

- HMD Global may update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the HMD Training Zone after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

- The HMD Training Zone is provided "as is." HMD Global makes no warranties regarding the availability or accuracy of the platform. HMD Global is not liable for any damages from using the platform, including the loss of Gold or rewards.
